An organisation of business professionals who apply the concept embodied by the term Phronesis and have aligned a set of management and leadership services and publications with Phronesis as a "golden thread" that binds everything together.

The journey which PCA  offers as Continuing Professional Development is therefore not one based in theory alone, but based in the reality and practicality of growing people who own, manage and lead businesses

It's simply a noun found in Greek philosophy which refers to the concept of the type of wisdom or intelligence concerned with practical action.
